RETURNS/EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY

  • We provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for 5 days starting from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned items to be collected. Additionally, we offer pickup services for returned products. 
  • We will make two attempts to collect the item. If the courier unable to collect the item, you will need to send it back to us at the company’s address, using 3rd party courier services (recommended Speed Post). The availability of our pickup service depends on the location of your pin code.
  • For orders made on credit, you will receive a store credit within 1-2 business days after we collect the returned item through your provided email or contact number.
  • Please ensure that the returned item is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the item is returned in poor condition or appears to have been used, we will not issue a refund.
  • Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed, and for the refund amount to appear in your bank account. Note: Refunds or bank transfers are only available for orders that have been prepaid or for online payments made through our website.
  • Orders made with the COD option need to provide bank account details, name & order id on WhatsApp: +91 9873641662 . Customer will be held responsible for any kind of mistake in bank details.
  • Reward points or store credits cannot be refunded and can only be used at our store.
  • Shipping fees & COD service charges are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

If you buy something during a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Sale or any similar deals where you get a free item, you won’t be able to return it.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

If your shipping address is not available for a return, you can send the item(s) to the following location:

Make sure the items are packaged well to avoid any damage or loss during shipping, and include the ORDER ID and your registered mobile number on the packaging. All items should be in their original condition with all tags still on and the packaging in good condition. You’ll be refunded the full amount plus INR 50 (to cover courier fees) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s), whether you’ve prepaid or not. If you choose to receive the refund as store credit (gift card), it will be issued within 48 hours.

Kindly be aware: We ask that you avoid utilizing The Professional Couriers for self-returns due to their unreliability, and note that your package will not be received at the warehouse in such cases. Ensure that the fees you pay for your courier do not surpass the specified limit. We suggest opting for ‘Speed Post’ as your courier provider. Speed Post is a government-owned company and boasts the most extensive postal network across India.

  • Customer’s bank account information is set in stone, and any mistakes made by the customer regarding their account details are not the brand’s fault.   • The customer is responsible for handling the product(s) with the utmost care while they are in their possession. This means following all the product instructions, documents, and packaging when returning the product(s) in the same condition they were received.
  • If the customer believes the product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, they should quickly reach out to us through direct message on  WhatsApp: +91 9873641662, providing details about the product and any damage it may have sustained within a day of receiving the products; after which, we will guide them on how to proceed.
  • When the product is returned, we will thoroughly inspect it and inform the customer about their entitlement to a refund (if applicable) by email within a reasonable timeframe. Our goal is to expedite the refund process, and we will ensure it is completed within 30 business days from the date we confirmed to the customer via email that they qualify for a refund.
